Problem and Solution.

On Monday April 24, 2017


Today I woke up late so I had to hurry and ran to the class. I was very tired but I arrived the classroom in time.

First, teacher came and checked our name list to know who was present or absent. And teacher said that who didn’t come today, she won’t let them to take a quiz2.

Then, teacher gave us the new handout. It was about problem and solution, the last chapter. She taught how to pronounce the words problem and solution.

Problem (noun) /ˈprɒb.ləm/ = a situation, person, or thing that needs attention and needs to be dealt with or solved

Solution (noun) ​ /səˈluː.ʃən/ =  the answer to a problem

Next, teacher explained us about the topic today. After that she let us read the text and look at the diagram about teen pregnancy and found the meaning of each word that we read the text and didn’t understand. 


And then, did the exercises about the text that we read. We have to read and analyzed the text that what is the problem and what is the solution. After we finished the exercise, teacher gave us the corrective feedback and she gave us the assignment , it was about the rest of the exercises in our handout and she told us that if we didn’t finish she won’t give us the corrective feedback.



 Today we had a quiz2 about comparison and contrast, cause and effect, definition and classification and Exemplification. After we arranged the chair then we started the quiz. I thought the quiz today was very difficult for me because it made me confused and I wasn’t sure about the answer but I did my best. Today I felt better because the air-conditioner already fixed.

Exemplification

On Monday April 10, 2017 

Today was very very hot it due to the air-conditioners broke again.

First of all, teacher checked our name and then gave us the corrective feedback about the exercise that teacher let us did as homework.


Next, she gave us the new handout and let us read by ourselves. It was about Exemplification. After finished reading she told us to do exercise about “College Students’ Pressure”

After we finished, she gave us the corrective feedback. And started with the new text and did new exercises. Teacher gave us the corrective feedback when we finished the exercises.

Next, It’s our turn to show the cooking video that we made it and this is my video with Kittikarn.

                  

                                            

I thought today was very hot it made me upset sometimes. I felt I cannot stand with it anymore but I had to. But the lesson was not too difficult and I had a lot of fun today. Especially, when we shown our cooking video.

Definition & Classification

On Monday April 3, 2017 such a very very hot day! Air conditioners didn’t work again so we have to open the doors and the windows and in our class had only a fan.


First of all, teacher checked the name list and told us the mid-term score and quiz score.
And next, she explained us about the “Definition & Classification” before she gave us the new handout.

We talked about discourse markers that what does it mean? And when will we use it?


and then, she let us did exercises by ourselves for a while and after we finished she told us to check the answer with friends and she gave us the corrective feedback.

We did lots of exercises and some exercises she let us wrote on the board to share the answer with our classmate.

We took a break at 10 o’clock.


After break, we continued studying in the handout. Teacher let us did exercises and gave us the corrective feedback.
Nothing easy today because we had to read and analyzed the text and found the meanings, technical terms and the definition markers especially, the hot weather; it made me cannot concentrated with the lesson but I tried to patient until finished the class.
