comparative & contrast(continued)

On Monday March 13, 201713.

First of all teacher let us checked the answer of homework in handout with friends. It was about hurricane and men and women language.
Teacher let us read the text and found the definition of the words…

Inflict (verb)  /ɪnˈflɪkt/ = to force someone to experience something very unpleasant:

Fatality (noun) /fəˈtæl.ə.ti/ = a death caused by an accident or by violence, or someone who has died in either of these ways:

Destruction (noun) /dɪˈstrʌk.ʃən/ =  the act of destroying something, or the fact of being destroyed:

And then she let us did exercises in handout.

Today we had a midterm test. The test was easier than other test that teacher ever let us took. I can answer all of question and I felt proud.

Do you agree with Tannen’s view on the subject? Be specific about your point of disagreement.

- I agree with Tannen’s view that men and women use the different language and look the world in different way because men and women raised differently. Howover, I don’t think so about most of men tend to have a challenge when they are talking with someone. I think men didn’t want to challenge with other because it will bring them a bid deal.

Are any of Tennen’s point about the differences personalities of men and woman true in your native culture? Explain Do men and women in your native culture use the language the way Tennen claim American men and women do? Give specific examples

-In my opinion, Thai men and women have differences of their communication. Because they are brought up differently They usually tell the things over and over to the men. This is caused both Thai women and men have trouble together.  In addition, they are quite isolated. They don't want to have the people who are talkative too much.

Today was quiet easy to me because it was about read the text and answered the questions. I felt fun we worked in group because we talked and worked together.

See you next post.
